2. Services & Quotes

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Quotes are based on a visible inspection; any unforeseen electrical issues discovered during the project (e.g., outdated wiring not up to code) may require a change order and additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • We accept payments through our secure Wix portal, credit cards, or check.

  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee as permitted by Oregon law.

4. Site Access & Safety

  • Customers must provide safe and clear access to the electrical panel and work areas.

  • For the safety of our technicians and your household, please ensure pets and children are kept away from the work zone during the service.

5. Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service call fee.

6. Intellectual Property The content, logo, and images on this website are the property of KolbyCo Electric LLC and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability KolbyCo Electric LLC is a licensed and insured CCB contractor in Oregon. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KolbyCo Electric LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
