Refund Policy:
At KolbyCo Electric LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. Because we provide professional labor and installed electrical components, our refund policy is as follows:

Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to correct the issue to your satisfaction at no additional labor cost.

Deposits: Deposits made for scheduled projects are refundable if the service is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Deposits for special-order materials (non-stock items) are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

Completed Labor: Once electrical services are performed and the work is signed off on, labor costs are non-refundable.

Materials/Parts: Most electrical parts we install carry a manufacturer’s warranty. If a part fails within the warranty period, we will assist with the replacement process, though additional labor charges may apply.
